AVAILABILITY & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We regularly verify stock accuracy. However, errors may occur. If a purchased item is unavailable, M3sar will contact you promptly.

PAYMENT

Payments on the Website can be made only via credit/debit card when the order is placed.

No other payment method is accepted.

  • Prices include UAE VAT
  • Shipping charges are added separately and shown in the Grand Total

When you checkout, your card will be authorized. The actual charge occurs upon dispatch.

If a product cannot be supplied, the authorization is reversed within 3–5 days, depending on your bank.

International Orders & Fees

If your delivery address is outside the UAE:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes
  • Your bank may charge additional foreign transaction fees
  • Currency conversion is handled by your bank at their prevailing rate
  • All orders are dispatched from the UAE

Stock & Order Adjustments

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, M3sar will:

  • Cancel that item and issue a refund

If we cannot reach you, the remaining items will be shipped and unavailable products refunded.

Ownership of Products

M3sar retains legal ownership of products until full payment—including VAT and shipping—has been received.

REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before they are prepared for dispatch.

To cancel, log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps.

Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible—please refer to the Returns Policy.

Customized products cannot be cancelled after order submission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

USER REVIEWS & COMMENTS
