Shipping Policy – M3sar

Thank you for visiting and shopping at M3sar. Please review our shipping terms below so you know what to expect when ordering your new gear.

Shipment Processing Time (Excluding Bikes)

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.

We understand how exciting new gear can be, and we always try our best to dispatch orders quickly. However, processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and shipping charges may vary based on your delivery location.

Out-of-City Delivery Charges

For customers within UAE city limits, free shipping may apply depending on order value.

For out-of-city locations, additional delivery charges will apply.

Out-of-city areas are defined based on the coverage limits of our logistics partners.

Delivery Timeframes

Deliveries to out-of-city locations may take additional time due to distance, accessibility, courier availability, or local regulations. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Important Notes:

Next-Day delivery applies only when orders are placed before 1:00 PM.
Next-Day delivery applies to business days only, excluding weekends.
Next-Day delivery is available only within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits.
Next-Day delivery may not include bikes.

Click & Collect (Pickup Option)

At M3sar, you can pick up your order from our store using the Click & Collect option.

Click & Collect Terms

Select “Click & Collect” during checkout.
Processing time: 24–48 hours, depending on product availability.
For urgent pick-up requests, contact ecommerce@m3sar.ae.
You will receive an order confirmation email with store details.
You will be notified again when your order is ready for pickup.
Pick-up available Sunday–Friday during business hours.
Bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
If someone else picks up on your behalf, they must bring:
- A copy of the order confirmation
- A written authorization letter
We will hold your order for 7 days after notification.
If not picked up within 14 days, we may cancel and refund the order.

M3sar ships worldwide.

For international shipping inquiries, contact ecommerce@m3sar.ae.

M3sar is not responsible for:

Delays caused by third-party couriers or last-mile carriers
Delays caused by government agencies or customs
Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

We will always try to assist in resolving courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours.

M3sar reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

We may supply less than the ordered quantity or request additional verification if needed.

Exports (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the UAE:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
M3sar has no control over these additional charges
Shipping fees at checkout are estimates—adjustments may occur
Our team will notify you if extra shipping payment or a shipping refund applies
