Yes — you can contact customer support with your order details, and we’ll
assist you. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it.

Yes — all bikes are assembled by our experienced mechanics and delivered
ready to ride.

Definitely. Each bike goes through a thorough inspection at our workshop
to ensure safety and quality before dispatch.

Yes — we offer free delivery for orders over a certain threshold (AED 200).

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days. Delivery to
remote areas may take slightly longer.

Currently, we ship only within the UAE. International shipping is not

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused,
in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some categories (e.g.
hygiene-sensitive items) may be excluded.

for return. We will coordinate pickup and process a refund or exchange.

For card payments: refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
after item inspection.
For other methods (COD): refunds may be issued as store credit.
