veloToze Extra Tall Aero Socks XT: Extra Height for Taller Riders Chasing Every Second
Extends 5 cm higher than standard Aero Socks | 87% polyester, 13% spandex leg | COOLMAX® foot panel | Silicone grip dots | White | Small/Medium (S/M)
Aerodynamics matter most when you’re racing against the clock, and for taller riders, longer legs can mean more exposed skin in the wind. The veloToze Extra Tall Aero Socks XT extend 2 inches (5 cm) higher than the standard Aero Socks, covering more of the leg to give you the same aero advantage across a longer surface. Their advanced aero fabric is designed to disrupt airflow and reduce drag, while a soft COOLMAX® foot panel keeps your feet comfortable under hard effort. Silicone grip dots hold the socks up on the leg through the whole ride. The White Small/Medium size has a calf length of 23.5 cm (9.25 in), built for riders who want extra aero coverage in a race-ready sock.

Perfect For
Taller road racers and time trialists who want aero coverage along the full leg; riders with longer limbs who want their aero socks to reach further up the calf; triathletes and UCI-level riders who want the full aero package; and anyone who finds standard socks ride too low for their build. Because these are extra tall, check the UCI height guidance before racing, and make sure your sock height is within the regulation for your event.
How to Use
Choose Small/Medium (EU 37–42.5) or Large/XL (EU 43–47) based on your shoe size. Pull the socks on before your cycling shoes and set the silicone grip dots just above the calf. Before racing, check your UCI legal sock height by measuring the distance between your fibula head and lateral malleolus, then dividing that length by two. Compare the result with the sock height, and confirm the socks fit your event’s rules. For maximum aero benefit, wear them with veloToze 2.0 Short Shoe Covers. After riding, machine wash cold with like colours and hang to dry. Don’t machine dry, iron, or bleach.
Why Choose the veloToze Extra Tall Aero Socks XT
Standard aero socks cover most riders well, but taller riders often need more coverage to get the full aerodynamic benefit. The veloToze Extra Tall Aero Socks XT extend the same aero fabric and comfort features 5 cm higher, with silicone grip dots that keep them in place. For riders who want their kit to match their build and their race goals, they offer a practical, well-engineered way to get more of the aero advantage.
